Introducing Kathleen McAuley
With over a decade of experience in Post Production, I bring a wealth of knowledge across reality/docuseries, marketing, and scripted television and film. My journey started in law and finance, but my love for visual storytelling led me to pursue a career in TV and film production. Drawing from my real-world experiences, I bring a fresh and dynamic perspective to every project. I am deeply committed to promoting authentic inclusion, from my college days at Bowdoin College to my ongoing involvement in mentorship programs and diversity initiatives within the industry, such as the ACE Mentorship program, and the MPEG Diversity Committee. I'm dedicated to nurturing the next generation of diverse talents, ensuring that everyone has a voice in the creative process. To that end, I created a class to for diverse upcoming editors an assistants.
